Buyer’s Responsibilities: Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination’s result by email or by fax. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming. Puppy must be paid in full by seven weeks of age if shipping is needed or all monies paid and all claims to the puppy will be forfeited all deposits are non-refundable. If for some reason the buyer cannot provide a permanent home for this dog, breeder will accept the dog back and find it a good home, but the buyer is not entitled to any money or expenses back. In any event, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of transporting the dog back to the breeder.  We do not want ANY of our Babies in Shelters.________(initial)

Health Guarantee:
This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. This guarantee does not cover those things inherent of the bulldog breed: but not limited to, entropion, “loose” hips, “loose” knees, skin allergies, cherry eye, elongated Palate, hernias or stenotic nares are not covered. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.

Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments. As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings. The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and wormings due. This guarantee does not include Coccidia, Giardia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening. We will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after 48 hours of sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be transmitted immediately after leaving the breeder. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:  This extends to internet sales across states lines as well. Animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy. No refund, in part or in full, will be given. A returned puppy must be retuned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer’s expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is non-transferable to a second party. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without seller’s permission. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.  There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. There is no guarantee on size or color of puppy. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Kansas, in the county of Osage.  This extends to internet sales across states lines as well. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Osage County, Kansas.

Shipping/Delivery: Puppy will be shipped between eight and ten weeks of age. Most will be shipped at eight weeks old, but some need a little more time and will be shipped later. Buyer must be able to take possession of puppy when it is old enough to leave or other charges may apply before it will be released. 

RE-SALES: THIS SECTION ONLY PERTAINS TO BLUES AND CHAMPAGNES!
Prior to any Re-Sale of this puppy the purchaser agrees to Notify the Breeder. This Breeder has to APPROVE the re-sale. Purchaser AGREES that prior to ANY RE-SALE, This Puppy WILL BE SPAYED or NEUTERED UNLESS Ownership is to go back to this BREEDER.  Proof of the spaying/neuter must be sent to the Breeder prior to resale if originally sold with approved Full AKC registration.  ___________(initial)
